We serve St. George, Washington, and the surrounding region. Patients regularly travel to the practice from across Southern Utah, the Arizona Strip, and southeastern Nevada — because complex prosthodontic care isn't available in most of these areas.

What to Expect When You Reach Out
When you call to schedule, our team will help you book a comprehensive consultation with Dr. Andrus. The first appointment is a long one — we walk through your medical and dental history, take any imaging that's needed, examine your teeth and bite, and discuss what you want from treatment. No restorative work is started at the first visit.
After the consultation we provide a written treatment plan with the recommended sequence and the cost for each phase. From there you can decide to proceed, stage parts of the plan over time, or step back to think about it. Financing through Mountain America Credit Union, CareCredit®, and Proceed Finance is available — we walk you through the options at the consultation.
